This letter is to inform you that we’re putting our daughter Gwen (Date of Beginning 06-02-20__) in a personal faculty (known as Hope Academy), and can be in search of reimbursement for the position, because of the truth that the college district is denying my kid’s incapacity, and located her ineligible for particular training services. This ineligibility is denying our daughter a free acceptable public training!
When Gwen was in Early Intervention we participated in all the transition conferences. We made positive that the faculties consultant had copies of all of Gwen’s evaluations, that had been achieved as much as that time. A site assembly to debate testing was held, which my husband and I participated in. We completely disagreed with the IEP group that Gwen didn’t want additional testing to see if she was eligible for particular training services. The IEP group then said that Gwen was ineligible for particular training services; which we additionally disagreed with.
